France handed over the secret of Rafale, created a stir in China-Pakistan

It is often said that in international politics there is neither a permanent friend nor a permanent enemy. But India and France changed this definition completely. Just before Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to France starting from June 13, a news came from Paris which shook the defense corridor of the entire world. This news is not just about the purchase of 114 fighter planes, but it is the news of the trust that France has given to India in the form of source code and technology transfer. In fact, according to a special report of The Tribune, top diplomats of France confirmed that they are ready to hand over the most secret part of Rafale i.e. the source code to India. Now you might be wondering what is this source code? See, in simple language, it is the brain of an aircraft through which its entire functioning is controlled.

Usually a country does not give its source code to anyone because it means handing over its most secret technology to others. But France made it clear that Make in India is the soul of this deal and France is now looking at India not just as a customer but as a joint producer-cum-producer. The most revolutionary condition of this deal is that now Indian weapons can be installed in Rafale. The situation till now was that if you wanted to install any missile in Rafale, you had to take permission from France and follow their software. But now after getting the source code, India can directly integrate its indigenous weapons like missiles, smart anti air field weapons and in future BrahMos NG into Rafale. This not only improves India’s firepower This will not only increase India’s economy but will also prevent India from having to depend on foreign suppliers in case of war.

This is the biggest and strongest step towards self-reliant India. Technology transfer is the most important thing in the letter of request that India has sent for 114 Multi Role Fighter Aircraft i.e. MRFA. Now know what assurance France gave. In fact, France assured that France will provide the manufacturing technology to India for the most complex part of the fighter plane, which is its engine. The technology used to design special materials and structures to protect the aircraft from radar detection will now be available in India. Rafale’s arms, legs and eyes i.e. its sensors and radar system will also be manufactured on Indian soil. Not only this, Desolt Aviation will set up its entire manufacturing unit in India in collaboration with an Indian partner.
