Ruckus over PoJK in UN, India scolded Pakistan and OIC

In the 62nd session of the United Nations Human Rights Council, India gave a very strict and sharp reply to the allegations made by Pakistan and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation i.e. OIC regarding Jammu and Kashmir. India completely rejected all the claims of Pakistan, terming them as false, misleading and malicious propaganda. On behalf of India, First Secretary of the United Nations, Anupama Singh has strongly retaliated on Pakistan's allegations. He clearly said that Pakistan repeatedly tries to spread misinformation against India by using international forums so that it can divert the attention of the world from its internal situation and the support it is giving to terrorism. Anupama Singh clearly said in her address that Jammu and Kashmir was and will always be an integral and inseparable part of India. He also said that the issue that is really unresolved is the return of Indian territories under illegal occupation of Pakistan.

India raised the issue of the situation in Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir and how incidents of repression, military control and violence have continued there for decades. The Indian representative said that the basic demands of the common people are answered with bullets and violence. Along with Pakistan, India also retaliated very strongly and sharply on the allegations made by OIC regarding Jammu and Kashmir. Apart from this, India also took a strict stand on the Indus Water Treaty. The Indian representative said that this treaty was made in 1960 and there was a need to reconsider it in view of the changing times, climate change and technological development. He also said that cooperation cannot be expected from a country which promotes terrorism. seen overall So this reply given by India in UNARC is being considered quite strict and decisive. In which Pakistan's allegations were not only rejected but it was also shown a tough mirror diplomatically.
