Prabhas’ upcoming action thriller Spirit, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, is set to release worldwide on October 29, 2027 on the occasion of Diwali festive season. The new date also raises the prospect of a huge box-office clash with Ramayana Part Two.

Makers also announced the release date with a new poster shared by Vanga who has Prabhas in a thick beard, cap and dark sunglasses.

In Spirit, Prabhas plays a hot-headed IPS officer in his first collaboration with Vanga. Triptii Dimri will be seen as the female lead, along with Vivek Oberoi, Kanchana and Aishwarya Desai in pivotal roles.

The grand production action spectacle is ready for an eight language release including Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese and Korean. With a stellar cast and Diwali slot, Spirit is sure to be big theatrical hit in 2027.
