‘Join BJP to avoid trouble for family’: Abhijeet Dipke alleges threats

New Delhi: Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) founder and President Abhijeet Dipke on Thursday leveled serious allegations against the Centre. He claimed that he received repeated threats during the recent student protests in Delhi. Talking to the media in his hometown, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, the student leader claimed that he was under constant pressure during the entire movement.

‘Was told to join BJP’: Dipke

Dipke was quoted by news agencies as saying, “I was told that failing to join the BJP would spell trouble for my family.”

The CJP founder said that it was shameful that a student leader like him was being threatened by those sitting in the country’s highest offices. He questioned people sitting in those positions and their value, if they have to resort to such tactics and intimidate young people.

Dipke also responded to allegations that he was misleading the youth of the country. He said that questioning the government, fighting for democracy, education and the student’s future, cannot be described as corrupting the society.

He said that if protecting democracy, questioning the government and struggling to secure one’s future was corrupting the culture, then he would continue that struggle.

Dipke also targeted yoga Guru, Baba Ramdev. Referring to the Supreme Court’s recent observations, Dipke advised him to focus on improving the quality of his company, Patanjali’s products, rather than making comments on politics.

He advised Ramdev to worry about the quality of the Patanjali products, otherwise, his company might just shut down. He said that the youth of the country was capable enough to handle culture, democracy and also the country. He reminded Ramdev that even the apex court had said that there was a deception in Patanjali products.
