Iran US Deal: Deal made but big questions, what will happen on Hormuz Strait after 60 days? It has been revealed!
The fierce war going on between America and Iran since February 28 has ended with a historic and shocking diplomatic agreement (MoU). Immediately after this agreement, while America stepped back and completely lifted its blockade from Iranian ports and oil tankers, Iran has termed it as its 'historic victory'. Establishing its dominance over the 'Strait of Hormuz', one of the world's most important trade sea routes, Iran has bluntly said that interference by any European naval mission in the name of security of ships there will not be tolerated. Along with this, Iran has given a big blow to the strategy of Western countries and has made a big announcement that as soon as the 60-day negotiation period with America ends, i.e. exactly after two months, a new system of collecting 'maritime tax' from every ship passing through this route will be implemented.
Lebanon issue still remains
It is noteworthy that this latest warning from Tehran came when the Israeli newspaper 'Yedioth Ahronoth' reported that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has said that Israel will maintain the security zone in southern Lebanon as long as our security needs require it. He was referring to the more than 600 square kilometer area of Lebanon occupied by Israeli troops near the border. As for Iran, the Israeli prime minister said the Jewish state would stick to the supreme goal of not allowing Tehran to acquire nuclear weapons. On the other hand, Iran insisted that Israel's complete withdrawal was necessary for the deal to be secured on Lebanon's territorial integrity, prompting US President Donald Trump to force Israel to withdraw. Trump becomes responsible.
Was the matter resolved or did it become more complicated? Trump said the US expects a complete ceasefire on all fronts, including Lebanon, Hezbollah and Israel. Trump wrote in a post on his social media platform 'Truth Social' that we appeal to all people in the Middle East region to keep their promise to allow our negotiations to proceed well. Meanwhile, Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei also approved the deal and supported direct talks with Trump's team. Khamenei said that Trump adopted all kinds of tactics to make this agreement out of desperation. It is noteworthy that Khamenei has not been seen in public since assuming office in March following the assassination of his father. However, the situation became complicated when Israeli drone strikes and artillery shelling against Lebanon continued until Thursday morning. On the other hand, Hezbollah claimed responsibility for several attacks on Israeli forces in the Kafr Tebnit-Ali al-Taher area in recent days. Responding to recent incidents, US Vice President JD Vance slammed those criticizing Israel. During a press briefing at the White House, Vance said that Donald J. Trump is the only head of state in the world who is currently sympathetic to the country of Israel. If I were in the cabinet of the Israeli government, I probably would not attack the only powerful ally I have left in the entire world. Israel has not yet responded to Vance's criticism.
