InCred Asset Management Crosses ₹1,000 Crore In Healthcare Investments Through Dedicated PMS
Bengaluru: InCred Asset Management has crossed ₹1,000 crore in investments across listed healthcare companies through its dedicated Portfolio Management Services (PMS), propelling itself as one of the largest specialised healthcare PMS providers in the country. The company reported that there has been an increase in demand for healthcare sector-specific products as investors remain bullish on the sector.

The company said its healthcare focused strategies, InCred Healthcare Portfolio and InCred Focused Healthcare Equity, have seen consistent inflows since their launch in February 2021. Notably, since inception, the Healthcare PMS platform has delivered an annualized returns of 18.97%, compared to 13.27% of the BSE 500 Total Return Index (TRI). It recorded a beta of 0.78 on the same period, indicating its focus on balancing risk with reward.
The investment approach of the PMS covers India’s entire healthcare ecosystem, including pharma, hospitals, diagnostics, med-tech, contract research and manufacturing organisation networks, and other ancillary industries. The portfolio focuses on stocks with a sustainable competitive advantage, quality management, and consistent earnings growth for years to come.
Commenting on the same, Samir Vora, CEO, InCred Asset Management said the milestone reflects investors’ confidence in their investment philosophy. He added that India’s healthcare sector will continue to see growth over the long term, driven by deepening healthcare expenditure, insurance penetration, and demographic tailwinds, as well as innovation and India’s rising stature as a global destination for pharma and healthcare services.
Aditya Khemka, Chief Investment Officer – Long-only Equities, said India’s healthcare as a sector still has a long way to go in terms of overall healthcare expenditure and insurance-penetrated revenues when compared to international peers. He added that diversified exposure across hospitals, diagnostics, APIs, CRDMOs, and branded pharma has enabled them to consistently deliver on their investment thesis.
With this, InCred Asset Management announced that it will continue to focus on research-led investment and prudent portfolio management to create alpha for its clients through its sector-specific investment approach.
