CarryMinati is coming to BGMI as a playable character from August 15
New Delhi: Krafton India has announced a new BGMI collaboration with CarryMinati, bringing the Indian content creator into the game as a playable character. The crossover will go live on August 15 and remain available until September 13, 2026.

The collaboration includes a CarryMinati character, boss battles, a custom WOW map, outfits, weapon skins, vehicle cosmetics, voice packs and other in-game items. Krafton says this is the first time an Indian content creator has been added to BGMI as a fully playable character.
CarryMinati gets his own BGMI character
The CarryMinati content has been designed with Indian animation channel NotYourType.
Players will see the collaboration across BGMI’s WOW Maps and Classic mode. A dedicated 2v2 Team Deathmatch map will feature close-range shotgun fights and interactive traps.
CarryMinati will also appear as a boss in Erangel and Livik. Players who defeat the boss and complete selected challenges can earn CarryMinati Tokens, which can then be exchanged for rewards.
CarryMinati said, “Gaming has always been a huge part of who I am. I have played, laughed with gamers and spent years with fans of the BGMI community.”
New skins, voice packs and other items
The collection includes several CarryMinati-themed items. These include the CarryMinati Set, Cryo King Set, Cryo Runner Buggy, Cryo Fire UMP45 skin, Cryo Blast Grenade and Cryo Core Backpack.
There is also a CarryMinati emote and voice pack. His voice will be used at Recall Towers as part of the crossover.
NotYourType will get a separate voice pack inside the game.
Players will also be able to redeem discount vouchers worth 20, 30 and 50 UC for the CarryMinati Spin, with each voucher available for use up to five times per account.
BGMI 4.5 already has several crossovers
The CarryMinati event joins a busy BGMI 4.5 season. The current update already includes collaborations linked to Ferrari, Naruto and Spider-Man: Brand New Day.
The CarryMinati crossover starts on August 15 and runs for nearly a month, giving BGMI another India-focused creator collaboration during the ongoing season.
