‘Agadha’ begins promotions with Balkampet Ellamma-Pochamma blessings

The makers of upcoming Telugu mystical thriller Agadha have begun promotions of the film by organizing the traditional Bonam at the renowned Sri Balkampet Ellamma-Pochamma Temple in Hyderabad.

The team members paid their reverence to the Goddess by offering this year’s Bonam and sought blessings at the temple.

This folklore mystery film, written and directed by MS Raju, presented by Ajay KR banner of Aadi Varaha Production and produced by Kasi Visalakshi Balusu, is all set to release globally on the 14th of August 2026.

The actress, Kamakshi Bhaskarla, who has beautifully adorned in traditional Bonalu attire, along with director MS Raju, producer Kasi Visalakshi Balusu, presenter Ajay KR, executive producer NVN Subbaraju, the hero Shravan Reddy, and his family members, participated in the event.

Speaking about the event, the producer, Kasi Visalakshi Balusu, said that the viewers have shown great enthusiasm with the first poster and the teaser. She added that film offers a new perspective on the mystical world. And she further stated that it reminds her of Devi, the first film of MS Raju that fetched great response.

She also said, “It’s a blessing to begin our promotions with the blessings of the great deity of Balkampet Ellamma-Pochamma Ammavaru.”

Meanwhile, the director, MS Raju, said that it was indeed a unique experience to have been a part of the event. He added that Agadha is a film filled with divine powers and that they believed it would be the best way to begin with. He also stated that the team is all set to release this much anticipated film on a larger platform and unveiled that the trailer will be out soon.
