Mary Millben alleges George Soros is funding CJP protests in India, backs PM Modi

American singer Mary Millben has alleged that billionaire George Soros and people associated with him are financing protests against conservative leaders worldwide, including demonstrations in India. Reaffirming her support for Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Millben urged young Indians to organise peaceful counter-protests and accused Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke of encouraging disruption.

In a video message, Millben said foreign funding was contributing to unrest in several countries.

“The name is George Soros and that whole machine of people are constantly funding a lot of these protests and chaos that’s breaking out across the world,” she said.

The allegations follow Millben’s October 14 post on X, in which she claimed that Dipke and the CJP were receiving money from US-based donors opposed to PM Modi. She also called on young Indians to mobilise peacefully in support of the Prime Minister.

Dipke responded to Millben on X, questioning why foreign nationals were commenting on India’s domestic affairs.

“We don’t need outsiders interfering in our country’s affairs,” he said.

Millben also criticised Gandhi and Dipke, accusing them of creating political disruption without presenting solutions. She compared the protests with movements in the United States and referred to the civil rights campaign led by Martin Luther King Jr as an example of peaceful mobilisation that led to legislative change.

Millben urged young people to ensure their activism promoted unity and produced practical outcomes rather than deepening divisions.

“Your voice should want to bring about change that unifies the country and that works with everyone to find the best solution for the people that you serve,” she said.

She also encouraged Dipke to engage directly with PM Modi and use his ability to mobilise people constructively. According to Millben, protests without clear goals or achievable outcomes would eventually lose relevance, while movements that delivered meaningful change would be remembered.

Millben called for peaceful demonstrations in support of PM Modi, describing them as a counter-movement rooted in patriotism, peace and national unity.
