We Are Bhartiya: Grand Independence Day Celebration At Bhartiya Mall

Bengaluru: Bhartiya Mall of Bengaluru will celebrate Independence Day with a grand cultural programme showcasing India’s rich history, diverse traditions and patriotic spirit on August 15.

Titled ‘We Are Bhartiya’ , the event will take audiences on a journey through India’s past and present through music, dance, drama and colourful costume performances. The programme will showcase important chapters from Ancient and Medieval Indi, including the Ashoka and Gupta Empires, Sangam Era, Vijayanagara Empire and Mughal period.

The presentation will then move into Modern India , highlighting the rise of the East India Company, British rule, the freedom struggle and India’s journey after Independence.

The celebration will also feature a special segment on women’s empowerment in India , recognising the contribution and growing role of women in the country’s progress. A tribute to Operation Sindhoor will form another highlight of the programme.

The evening will culminate with a grand Bharat Mata entry, followed by a patriotic musical finale celebrating India’s unity, resilience and spirit.

The event will be held at Bhartiya Mall of Bengaluru from 6 pm onwards on August 15 . Entry is open to all and visitors do not need prior registration.

The organisers have invited families and visitors to join the celebration and experience India’s history, culture and patriotic traditions through an immersive cultural presentation.
