Venkaiah Naidu launches book during ‘International Ink Bound 2.0’
The second edition of International Ink Bound 2.0, organized by Kasturi Vijaya Publishers, was held in Prasad Labs on Saturday evening. The literary meet, which witnessed the participation of prominent personalities of the fields of literature, cinema and public life, was chaired by publisher and founder Pamarthi Sudheer Pamireddy.

Former Vice President Muppavarapu Venkaiah Naidu, actor-writer Tanikella Bharani and former Rajya Sabha member Yarlagadda Lakshmi Prasad were among the chief guests who attended the programme.
One of the highlights of the evening was the launch of Screenplay Master Sukumar written by Dr. Praveen Yajjala. The book which traces the journey of filmmaker Sukumar was unveiled by Venkaiah Naidu who also launched the Telugu, Hindi and English editions of the book. He also launched writer Vanguri Chitten Raj’s Avemaina Gnapakala? Marchipovadanika?
‘Ammamma Kathala Khajana’, an anthology of 48 stories by different writers is also launched in the event.
Speaking on the occasion, Venkaiah Naidu said books are vital as they help preserve memories, traditions, language and cultural identity. He also said cinema should be a mix of entertainment and knowledge and commended the effort in capturing Sukumar’s contribution to filmmaking.
Tanikella Bharani paid rich tributes to the efforts of Sudheer Pamireddy’s family, which has been in the field of literature and publishing. He also recalled Dr Praveen Yajjala’s earlier contribution to Na Mithunam.
