Security beefed up outside Salman Khan’s home
Visuals shared by ANI showed increased police presence outside Galaxy Apartments as Mumbai Police continued its investigation into the firing at Tiger’s BMW in Juhu. The development also comes amid reports of a purported threat against Salman and people associated with him.
Salman has been living under heightened security for some time following multiple threats. In April 2024, two motorcycle-borne men opened fire outside Galaxy Apartments, following which security around the actor and his residence was strengthened.
The latest visuals show police personnel monitoring the area and checking vehicles near the building as a precautionary measure.

The increased security comes after an audio recording attributed to US-based gangster Anil Pandit surfaced following the attack on Tiger. Pandit, who has claimed association with the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, had purportedly claimed responsibility for the firing and issued a threat to Salman.
In the audio, he can be heard saying, “Listen to me carefully, Salman Khan. If you don’t apologise to my elder brother, Lawrence Bishnoi, or the Bishnoi community, then we won’t even leave a dog in your house. We will destroy your entire family. Keep this in mind. Don’t think that you are in security and nothing will happen to you.”
The authenticity of the purported threat and its connection to the Tiger Shroff firing are being investigated.
