‘Ramayana’ music rights sold for whopping Rs.75 Crore!

Ranbir Kapoor starrer “Ramayana” is set to witness a huge event on July 30th as the long awaited trailer will be released soon. Along with the surprising news, there is also interesting information about the film, which appeared in the media and drew attention from insiders.

As reported, T-Series has acquired the music rights for “Ramayana” in a deal worth ₹75 crore. The source also reveals that the music rights for the entire two-part film franchise were purchased by the label, in which one of the world’s largest music companies has invested significantly.

In addition, it was reported that T-Series chairman Bhushan Kumar, along with his team, has high hopes for the film’s music. It is because of this that the company has reportedly released an advance payment of ₹75 crore to the composers and singers.
