No relief for AISA president Neha Bora as Delhi HC dismisses plea against peace bond notice

New Delhi: The Delhi High Court has dismissed a petition filed by All India Students’ Association (AISA) president Neha Bora challenging a notice issued by a Special Executive Magistrate (SEM). The notice directed Bora to furnish a personal bond of Rs 10,000 and maintain peace.

Justice Subramonium Prasad passed the order dismissing her petition. The SEM notice remains in effect following the dismissal.
