Hyderabad Prepares for IMMERSA Wellness Event

Hyderabad hosted the preview of IMMERSA, an immersive yoga and sound healing experience, ahead of its main event on August 16.

Curated by celebrity yoga instructor Ankitam – The Wellness Studio founder Grandmaster Ankit, IMMERSA combines yoga, breathwork, Yoga Nidra and sound healing with 360-degree visuals and music.

Tollywood actress Faria Abdullah attended the preview and extended her support to the wellness initiative.

The event is expected to bring together thousands of wellness enthusiasts, professionals, students and families.

Organisers said IMMERSA aims to blend traditional yogic practices with modern technology, helping participants relax, recharge and reconnect with themselves.
