Remain fully focused on driving growth: TMPV amid imminent change in Tata Group leadership

New Delhi: Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles will remain fully focused on driving growth, creating sustained value for its stakeholders, and its capex plans will remain unaffected by the imminent change in leadership of Tata Sons, its Managing Director and CEO Shailesh Chandra said on Thursday.

“Tata Motors (Passenger Vehicles) has a clear strategy and a strong management team focused on execution.The company operates through a robust governance process and long-term strategic plans,” Chandra said in an earnings call.

He was responding to a query on whether the imminent change in leadership of Tata Sons, the promoter holding firm of the Tata Group, will impact the future plans or direction of Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles (TMPV).
