‘Agadha’ comes with a fascinating story and fresh screenplay: MS Raju

The trailer of Agadha, the latest film of veteran director MS Raju was released in a grand event. The film’s release date has been fixed to August 14th worldwide. Produced by Kashi Visalakshi Balusu under the Sri Adi Varaha productions and presented by Ajay KR, the film stars Kamakshi Bhaskarla, Shravan Reddy, Ulka Gupta, Jovika Vijaykumar, Bhanu Chander, Shiju, Vanitha Vijaykumar, Roshan Basheer, etc. Speaking about the film in the event, Raju stated that Agadha is one of the most challenging films in his career.

He added that the team has pulled off all the VFX and graphics in just a year to pull off the film. “The film is a mixture of spiritual theme and commercial potboilers and would be a treat for the family audience as well as the youth,” he added. According to him, the music composer Rakesh also did a stupendous job and they are confident that the film’s engaging story and fresh script will leave a lasting impression on the viewers.

He also said that Agadha is based on his own childhood incidents and he had written the script while keeping his mind refreshed at 3 am every morning. Raju also mentioned that the film was dubbed in several languages, but they wanted to make the Telugu audience witness the film first before launching it in other countries. He also stated that they have expanded the overseas release as the distributors screened the completed film.

On the other hand, the lead actress Kamakshi Bhaskarla stated that Agadha has given her a great opportunity and role to reinvent herself. Shravan Reddy said Agadha has been a unique experience for him whereas Ulka Gupta stated that she is elated to be a part of any film in Telugu after 9 years. Jovika Vijaykumar also said that working with MS Raju and beginning her career with a unique script is an ecstatic feeling for her.

With an interesting story, devotional angle, stellar performances, fresh script, and more, Agadha is all set to hit the screens on August 14th.
