ITC Kakatiya marks 30 years with curated ‘1995’ culinary celebration in Hyderabad
Hyderabad: ITC Kakatiya is celebrating its 30th anniversary with the launch of ‘1995 – A Culinary Celebration of Three Decades’, a specially curated dining experience that pays tribute to the hotel’s longstanding association with Hyderabad and its culinary legacy.

The celebration features exclusive chef-curated menus inspired by some of the most iconic restaurants across the ITC Hotels portfolio, including Peshawri, Bukhara, and Dum Pukht – Kebabs & Kurries, alongside signature dishes that have defined ITC Kakatiya’s own culinary identity over the past three decades.
Available at Dakshin and Kebabs & Kurries, the specially curated menus are priced from ₹1,995 and aim to showcase the craftsmanship, regional diversity and enduring appeal of Indian fine dining.
Speaking on the occasion, Abhishekh Menon, General Manager, ITC Kakatiya, said the anniversary is a celebration of the hotel’s enduring relationship with Hyderabad.
“Thirty years is more than an anniversary; it reflects the relationship we have built with Hyderabad. Every guest, every celebration and every shared memory has shaped who we are. ‘1995’ celebrates that journey while looking ahead to the experiences we will continue creating for generations to come,” he said.
The anniversary also highlights the hotel’s transformation over the years. Recent renovations across guestrooms, banquet spaces and public areas have introduced modern comforts while preserving the architectural character that has been synonymous with ITC Kakatiya since it opened in 1995.
Bhaskar Sankhari, Executive Chef, ITC Kakatiya, said the menus were designed to celebrate both the hotel’s culinary heritage and its future.
“Each dish tells a story. By bringing together celebrated signatures from across ITC Hotels alongside favourites from ITC Kakatiya, we wanted to create a menu that honours our culinary heritage while embracing the future. It is a tribute to the chefs, traditions and guests who have shaped our journey over the past three decades,” he said.
The limited-period culinary celebration is available for lunch from 12.30 pm to 2.30 pm and dinner from 7.30 pm to 11.30 pm at Dakshin and Kebabs & Kurries. Reservations can be made by calling +91 72781 14515.
