CodelogicX eyes AI-led growth, SaaS expansion and SME IPO
Our success mantras include having engineering expertise combined with a commitment to the success of our clients – Amitabh Roy, Founder & CEO

CodelogicX was established in 2013 in Kolkata with the mission of supporting the digital transformation of businesses through innovative technology solutions. The company has evolved into a global product engineering and AI-led digital transformation firm, delivering solutions across industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, BFSI, retail and education. In recent years, the company has expanded into international markets, with offices in the UK, the US and the Middle East, providing enterprises with innovation, product engineering, cloud technologies and intelligent workforce solutions.
The company began its journey with a small team comprising its founder, Amitabh Roy, and one employee. What started as a lean operation has grown into a strong organisation with a diverse team of engineers, developers, AI specialists, designers and business professionals.
From the beginning, it has been a bootstrapped venture, with the founder providing the initial capital. Rather than seeking external funding, the company chose to grow sustainably through high-quality product engineering services and by reinvesting its profits into growth. The firm was started with the purpose of assisting start-ups in scaling up their innovations into digital products.
At present, CodelogicX has an experienced team of more than 170 members, backed by a range of consultants and industry experts with expertise in their respective fields. In the future, some of the professionals it plans to hire will be from the fields of machine learning, Agentic AI, automation engineering, cloud and product development. The company is determined to recruit talent that will help it build next-generation AI products.
CodelogicX has exhibited sustained growth for several years due to rising demand for its product engineering, artificial intelligence and digital transformation services. The company had a turnover of Rs 14.5 crore in FY25 and anticipates reaching approximately Rs 14.9 crore by the end of FY26. In FY27, it aims to generate a turnover of Rs 18 crore, driven by consistent investments in AI solutions, its product portfolio and enterprise clients.
The company’s future roadmap is centred around driving faster innovation through AI-based products while expanding its SaaS offering. Apart from providing product engineering and digital transformation services, the company has developed two SaaS offerings, TeamTrace and FieldTrace, to boost workforce efficiency and field operations. The company plans to generate Rs 12-15 crore in ARR through these two platforms by December 2027.
Talking to Bizz Buzz, Amitabh Roy, Founder and CEO of CodelogicX, said, “Our success mantras include having engineering expertise combined with a commitment to the success of our clients.”
To grow further, the company has received Rs 10 crore in debt funding for the construction of its new corporate office. The office building, which is currently under construction, will accommodate up to 600 people. This will provide the necessary infrastructure to enable the firm to grow further as envisaged by its long-term growth strategy.
CodelogicX is currently a bootstrapped company and has not yet gone public. As part of its long-term growth strategy, the company plans to launch an SME IPO within the next three years.
