Salesforce ties up with AU to set up Centre of Excellence in West Bengal

Hyderabad: Adamas University (AU) announced a strategic collaboration with Salesforce, an Agentic AI CRM, to establish West Bengal’s first Salesforce Academia Centre of Excellence. The collaboration will equip students and faculty with hands-on access to Salesforce technologies including Agentforce, Agentforce 360 Platform, Tableau and Data 360.

By embedding these technologies into the curriculum, Adamas University will provide students with practical experience in building AI-powered applications, developing enterprise workflows, creating analytics dashboards, and solving real-world business challenges. Arundhati Bhattacharya, President, Salesforce, said: “The AI era will not be defined by technology alone, but by the quality of talent we build to harness it responsibly.
