Upasana Konidela’s stern message to women who pull others down: ‘One woman’s pain cannot be another woman’s victory’

New Delhi: Upasana Kamineni Konidela has a warning for women who climb up by pushing other women down. Speaking at a recent event, she said one woman’s pain should never become another woman’s victory. In her view, nothing is more empowering than women who genuinely support, celebrate and inspire one another. Her stance on women’s empowerment is well known, and she has once again made it clear.

Upasana Konidela’s advice to women

Her first message was for women who face bitterness from others. “Don’t let their bitterness disturb your peace. Give them space to heal, but choose to rise above. Surround yourself with positivity and people who genuinely believe in uplifting women, not tearing them down,” she advised.

She then turned to women who hurt other women. “There are so many women out there who require us and require our help, but my research has also told me that there are a lot of women out there who step on other women for their success. And those women, this is my warning to you: Do not think that you can step on a woman for your success or to please a weak man,” she warned.

She also spoke about the impact on the next generation. “Most of our kids are in that situation because other women have done injustice to women so that they can get their own pleasure,” she shared.

Upasana Konidela on women rising together

Konidela said a change in mindset is the way forward. “One woman’s pain cannot be another woman’s victory. We have to rise together, we have to stick together, and our mindset has to change. This is what I believe in, and my research has taught me this,” she said.

She added that she was happy to be among women who selflessly empower others and have a good heart. “I am so happy to be amongst these women here who selflessly empower women and have a good heart. I surround myself with such people, and I also give people who have done injustice a chance to heal,” she continued.
