SynqSol AI platform launched in India for career, relationship and life decisions

New Delhi: Indian startup SynqSol has launched a decision intelligence platform aimed at helping people understand their behaviour, thinking patterns and compatibility before making major life choices. The platform covers areas such as careers, relationships, education, workplace engagement and personal development.

The company calls its framework the Synq Human Operating System, or hOS 1.0. It combines psychometric assessments, psychologist-led review and AI-assisted analysis. SynqSol said the assessments are non-clinical and non-diagnostic, which means they are not intended to replace medical or mental health advice.

How the SynqSol platform works

Users complete assessments created around behavioural and psychological frameworks. The system then generates reports on decision-making patterns, stress, compatibility and personal behaviour.

According to the company, psychologists review the insights and recommendations. Users can take the assessments again over time to track changes.

The platform includes:

  • Individual behavioural assessments
  • Two-person and group compatibility reports
  • Student and employee well-being tools
  • Self-help material
  • Counselling support through SynqSessions
  • Periodic retesting to monitor behavioural changes

SynqSol said its assessments were developed for India’s social and cultural setting. The company uses the term “Bharatization” to describe this approach.

Platform targets individuals and institutions

Apart from individual users, SynqSol is targeting universities, businesses and other institutions. Its tools are intended to support recruitment, employee engagement, leadership development, team planning and academic stress assessment.

Venket Rao, founder of SynqSol, said, “Today’s generation has access to more information than ever before, yet many individuals continue to struggle with self-doubt and decision fatigue.”

“At SynqSol, our vision is to empower individuals to understand themselves before making important life decisions. By combining assessments backed by behavioural science through psychologist-guided testing and reporting/recommendations,with AI augmentation, we aim to make informed decision-making more accessible, affordable, and credible.”

The platform makes several claims around scientific validation and psychologist verification. Users and institutions may still need to examine the methods, evidence and limits behind individual assessments before using the findings for serious career, hiring or relationship decisions.

Available on Android and iPhone

SynqSol is now available in India through the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. The company plans to introduce web access and expand services for institutions and organisations in phases.

SynqSol is recognised by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade under the Startup India programme.
