This post reads, “The journey to the stars begins #AakasamLoOkaTara / #AOTMovie – 20th November 2026 in theatres Come along… there’s a beautiful world waiting for you”. Even the new poster highlighted Dulquer Salman waiting near a tailor shop.
After bagging a massive blockbuster with Venky Atluri’s Lucky Bhaskar, he didn’t get bag that big hits with Kaantha and I’m Game movies. So, he pinned all his hopes on his latest movie Aakasamlo Oka Tara. Being Pavan Sadineni’s directorial, already the first single and the teaser raised the curiosity on the movie.
Coming to the plot, it’s quite interesting! The story actually tells the inspiring tale of a young girl from a remote, underprivileged village, played by Satvika Veeravalli. She fights societal barriers to chase a massive cosmic dream of going to space. Dulquer Salmaan plays a devoted man who acts as her anchor and guide through life-changing personal growth. Shruti Haasan plays a powerful and pivotal supporting role in the narrative. It also has Pooja Hegde in the lead role.
This Pavan Sadineni’s directorial is being bankrolled by Sandeep Gunnam under the Swapna Cinema, Lightbox Media and Geetha Arts banners. On the other hand, the post-theatrical digital streaming rights have been acquired by Netflix!
