It is all known that Tollywood’s young tiger Junior NTR is now recovering from his shoulder injury. He was severely injured on the sets of Dragon while performing an action stunt. The initial medical advice was complete rest for 6–8 weeks. Later consultations and follow-up evaluations led doctors to recommend arthroscopic surgery. The team opted to go for arthroscopic (keyhole) surgery for a faster recovery. Dr. R. A. Purnachandra Tejaswi (Director and Head of Sports Orthopaedics & Arthroscopy at KIMS Hospitals) led the team of doctors for the surgery performed at KIMS Hospitals in Secunderabad.

Well, NTR is now slowly recovering from the surgery now and even doctor Purnachandra suggested him to take complete rest until full recovery stating, “I have been getting numerous calls regarding the surgery. After multiple consultations, we decided that he would benefit from a surgery. A small joint on the top of his right shoulder was affected by the injury. It was a minimally invasive procedure but it was demanding in terms of technical expertise. He was discharged within 24 hours. He has been on a structured rehab program and physiotherapy. Lots of exercise is required to be done. Tarak garu is very fit, dedicated and passionate about his profession. We are fully confident that he will be back to normal in 2-3 months”.

Of late, NTR dropped an emotional goodbye to his pet dog Bhageera who was by his side for four beautiful years. He dropped a heartfelt message on social media along with sharing a few lovely pics with Bhageera… His post reads, “Bhageera, you came into my world as a companion and quietly became family – filling days with love, loyalty, mischief and a kind of comfort only you could give. Your absence leaves a silence that feels far too large, but so does the love you leave behind. Thank you for choosing me, for walking beside me and for making these four years infinitely more beautiful. Run free, my little one. You were deeply loved and you always will be.”

Coming to Tarak’s work front, he is now working with KGF fame Prashant Neel for the Dragon movie. After fully recovering, he will be back on the sets. Next, he will team up withy Trivikram for ‘God Of War’ movie. Thus, NTR’s line-up is filled with the most-awaited projects of his career!
