Slice reports rs 50.9 crore net profit in q1 fy27, surpasses full-year fy26 profit
Bengaluru: Digital banking platform slice reported a net profit of Rs 50.9 crore for the first quarter of FY27, significantly improving from a net loss of Rs 10.1 crore recorded in the corresponding quarter last year. The quarterly profit also exceeded the bank’s entire FY26 net profit of Rs 48.4 crore.

The bank’s total income increased 39% year-on-year to Rs 413.8 crore during the quarter ended June 30, 2026, compared with Rs 298.6 crore in the year-ago period.slice’s gross loan book expanded 55% to Rs 5,098 crore from Rs 3,284 crore a year earlier. Deposits nearly doubled to Rs 5,765 crore from Rs 3,038 crore, while total assets rose 54% year-on-year to Rs 7,444 crore.
The bank’s net worth stood at Rs 896 crore as of June 30, while its Capital to Risk-weighted Assets Ratio was 18.2%, remaining well above regulatory requirements.Asset quality also improved during the quarter. Gross NPA declined to 4.36% from 6.31% a year earlier, while net NPA fell to 3.24% from 4.66%.
The bank reported a CASA ratio of 43.9%, with CASA and retail term deposits together accounting for 94.7% of total deposits.
