UGC NET 2026 Answer Key Expected Soon; NTA Releases Details On Response Sheet And Objections

The UGC NET June 2026 Answer key will be released soon by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The agency has told that candidates response sheets and question papers will be available on the official website of the UGC NET this week.

The UGC NET June 2026 exam was held on 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 29th, 30th June and also on 5th July (re-test).

Candidates to get opportunity to challenge answers

After provisionally answer key is released, the candidates will be allowed to raise objections regarding the answers that they feel are wrong. But problems must be submitted within the objection window and online procedure.

The processing fee for challenging of ₹200 will be non-refundable for the candidates. They will also have to offer suitable justification and supporting evidence to their objections.

The NTA has stated that challenges will not be accepted if they are not accompanied by a satisfactory supporting document, are submitted after the deadlines and/or are not submitted online portal.

Response sheet and question paper will be published

Candidates will also have access to their response sheets and question papers along with the provisional answer key. These will enable them to refer to their answers in the papers and check them against the provisional key before making objections.

Candidates are recommended to visit the official NTA and UGC NET websites frequently for updating information on the release of Answer key and window for submitting objections.
