L&T showcases drone technologies

Bengaluru : L&T Innovation Fund hosted the L&T Manthan – Drone Demo Day in Bengaluru, bringing together 21 drone and unmanned systems startups to showcase advanced technologies for defence, infrastructure, logistics and public services. The company unveiled two indigenous platforms—Vedh Mk1, a high-altitude remotely piloted aircraft, and Chanakya, a collaborative mission autonomy framework for multiple unmanned systems.

L&T said the initiative aims to identify deployment-ready technologies, foster startup partnerships and strengthen India’s growing drone ecosystem, which is projected to reach USD 3.2 billion by 2030.
