Yami Gautam speaks about career struggles

Yami Gautam talked about one of the darkest times in her career, saying that she almost quit Bollywood after a few failures and then her two successful movies made her realize her stardom.

Speaking in one of her recent interactions, the actress opened up about considering quitting movies.She said that there was a time when everything seemed to be going wrong and she failed to get good roles. This made her to think about quitting as she was fed up with the failures and disappointments. Yami Gautam said everything turned around for her with the Uri: The Surgical Strike and Bala fame and both of them made her realize that she was one of the most bankable stars in the industry.

Talking about her upcoming projects, Yami Gautam was recently seen essaying the role of ShaziaBano in Dhurandhar: The Revenge, the much-anticipated super hit film directed by her husband Aditya Dhar. The actress is all set to be a part of NayiNaveli, the supernatural drama directed by Balaji Mohan. The film revolves around an ideal bride who appears to have changed everybody’s life in Meerut and her suspicious brother-in-law who starts doubting if she is a human or a ghost. The actress will be seen sharing screen space with Rajesh Dubey in the film which promises to give the audience another powerful performance from Yami Gautam.
