Tiger Shroff sells his Khar West apartment in Mumbai for Rs 9 crore, few days after attack
New Delhi: Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff has sold his residential property in Mumbai’s Khar West locality for Rs 9 crore. The deal was formally registered on October 22, 2026, according to property transaction records.
The apartment is located in Rustomjee Paramount D Co-operative Housing Society Limited, a premium residential complex situated near Main Avenue Road and 18th Road in Khar West.
Property registration details identify the buyers as Deepali Pravin Mehta and Aniruddha Rajendra Khandekar, who jointly acquired the residence.
The property, bearing Flat No. 901, is situated on the ninth floor of Wing D. It measures 119.95 square metres, or approximately 1,291 square feet, in carpet area. The sale also covers an additional exclusive area of 8.90 square metres, equivalent to around 96 square feet.
Along with the residential unit, the purchasers have acquired rights to two basement parking spaces, identified as T-14B2-129 and T-14B2-130.
While the apartment changed hands for ₹9 crore, its government-assessed market value stood at approximately Rs 6.24 crore. The buyers paid Rs 54 lakh towards stamp duty, apart from the applicable registration fee.
The transaction works out to an estimated ₹69,700 per square foot when calculated using the apartment’s carpet area alone.
According to the transaction information, the purchase consideration was arranged through a mix of the buyers’ own funds and housing loans. The deal also involved compliance with applicable tax deducted at source (TDS) requirements.
The property transfer was recorded with the relevant registration authorities in Mumbai.
Khar West is among Mumbai’s established premium residential markets, attracting affluent homebuyers because of its location, access to commercial districts and connectivity with neighbouring areas such as Bandra and Santacruz.
The sale marks another high-value residential property transaction involving a Bollywood celebrity in Mumbai’s western suburbs.
