Supreme Court dismisses Danam Nagender plea in disqualification case

Khairatabad MLA has suffered a major setback in the . The apex court upheld the Telangana High Court’s verdict declaring him disqualified as an MLA.

Consequently, the Supreme Court bench suggested that Danam contest the by-election.

The Telangana High Court on last Friday has disqualified MLA Danam Nagender from legislative assembly following the hearing of the petitions filed by BRS and BJP leaders.
