Ravi Teja’s Irumudi Latest Collection Report

Ravi Teja, who is considered Tollywood’s Mass Maharaja, delivered numerous blockbusters including Amma Nanna Tamilammai, Itlu Sravani Subramanyam, Aunu Valliddaru Ishta Paddaru!, Idiot, Venky, Naa Autograph, Bhadra, Vikramarkudu, Kick, Krack and Raja The Great. That’s why he has always been a bankable hero. But his last few films like Mr. Bachchan, Eagle, Tiger Nageswara Rao, Ravanasura and Mass Jathara didn’t work out at the ticket windows. But this Pongal release Bhartha Mahasayulaku Wignyapthi, made a decent comeback. Shiva Nirvana’s Irumudi has successfully brought his charm back to theatres.

Irumudi, the title itself connected with the audience with a devotional aura. And the father-daughter sentiment in the movie made everyone in the theatre leave with a heavy heart. But the “Mallepoola Pallaki…” song turned theatres into temples and made fans dance along with Ravi Teja. Even the action sequences that connect to a heinous crime add depth to the story.

Ravi Teja, who becomes a chronic drinker because of his troubled past, changes himself for his daughter and fights against the dangerous gang to protect her. Ravi Teja didn’t appear as a hero in the movie but he looked amazing like a next-door middle-class father. Nothing went wrong with the plot and thus, Irumudi is considered as a clean hit with no negative reviews.

Coming to the collection report, this movie minted 80+ crores at the ticket windows in just three days, also achieved its break-even target within a very short span.

The makers also shared this big news on social media and expressed their happiness by dropping a new poster on their Twitter page.

Well, Irumudi is now the first regional movie to cross 80+ crores in just three days. This is pure Ravanna’s box office rampage!

As of now, even Monday is witnessing maximum occupancy in the theatres. Being a long weekend having Wednesday as a public holiday, crowds are expected to flock to theatres.

So, within two days, the movie might cross the milestone 100 crore mark for sure. Let’s be ready for the celebrations. Ravi Teja is back for sure.
