‘Ranabaali’ documentary series latest episode in throws light on contribution of Rayalaseema warriors
The third episode of the documentary series Ranabaali – Never Forget The Truth, called ‘The Men We Forgot,’ has been uploaded on YouTube. The episode reveals the historical background which inspired the character of Ranabaali in the upcoming pan-India film.

In the latest episode of the documentary, Rahul Sankrityan speaks about the legendary warriors of Rayalaseema who inspired him to create the character of Ranabaali. He spoke about the valor and contribution of Budda Vengal Reddy, Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy and Gadekal Bobbili Nagireddy.
“As a director, I feel extremely proud to showcase the legendary warriors of Rayalaseema. These warriors depicted the spirit of bravery and sacrifice. Budda Vengal Reddy was known to have helped thousands of people survive a severe famine.
Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy is considered a great freedom fighter who bravely fought against the British,” said Sankrityan, who is originally from Rayalaseema.
The fourth episode, titled ‘The Last Load,’ will be out soon. Ranabaali, directed by Rahul Sankrityan and featuring Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika in the lead roles, presented by T-Series and produced by Mythri Movie Makers. The film is set to release worldwide on October 16 on the occasion of Vijayadashami.
