Rain and thunderstorms likely in South India
Cloudy weather with rain and thunderstorms is expected in many parts of South India on Wednesday, September 30. As per the India Meteorological Department (IMD), Amaravati, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad and Thiruvananthapuram likely to receive light to moderate rain and thunderstorms.

The IMD has issued weather forecasts for the next two days. Light to moderate rain, thunder and lightning are expected in several districts in Telangana. Gusty winds of 30-40 kmph are likely, and people have been asked to take care.
The Hyderabad is likely to have partly cloudy weather with a chance of thunder and lightning. The temperature is likely to range between 23 degrees Celsius and 34 degrees Celsius, with no weather warnings.
Amaravati is likely to be generally cloudy with a chance of light rain. Temperature is likely to range between 27 degrees Celsius and 37 degrees Celsius, with the residents being warned to be prepared for strong surface winds.
