L&T Launches ‘Solido’ Welding Electrodes; Partners with Blue3 Global Engineering for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh

Hyderabad: Larsen & Toubro (L&T), one of India’s most trusted engineering and technology enterprises, has launched its new Solido range of high-performance welding electrodes, marking a significant step towards strengthening its presence in the industrial welding solutions market. Designed to deliver superior weld quality, consistent performance, enhanced safety, and exceptional reliability, the Solido range caters to the evolving needs of the fabrication, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, and heavy engineering sectors.

The launch event commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, followed by the official product unveiling, aptly named ‘Shubhaarambh’. The products were launched by the chief guest, Badiga Srikanth, in the presence of Ranjan Bir Singh Anand of L&T, Parmender Singh of L&T, and Rakesh T. of Blue3 Global Engineering Pvt. Ltd.

As part of the launch, L&T also announced its strategic partnership with Blue3 Global Engineering Pvt. Ltd., appointing the company as its Authorised Channel Partner for the states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Leveraging Blue3 Global Engineering’s strong customer relationships, technical expertise, and regional market presence, the partnership aims to ensure seamless product availability, prompt technical support, and enhanced customer engagement across both states.

The collaboration represents a key milestone in expanding access to world-class welding solutions while reinforcing L&T’s market presence in Southern India. Together, L&T and Blue3 Global Engineering are committed to delivering safer, stronger, and more reliable welding solutions that support India’s growing industrial and infrastructure sectors.

The newly launched Solido range includes Mild Steel Electrodes (E6013) for general fabrication, Low Hydrogen Electrodes (E7018) for high-strength structural applications, and Stainless Steel Electrodes including E308, E308L, E309, E309L, E316, and E316L for corrosion-resistant and dissimilar metal welding applications. The electrodes are available in multiple diameters to cater to a wide range of industrial requirements.

Complementing the electrode portfolio, L&T SuFin also offers a comprehensive range of welding products, including MIG and TIG consumables, welding cables, electrode holders, welding hand shields, welding gloves, welding machines, gas cutting equipment, grinding tools, and various welding accessories. This integrated offering enables customers to source all their welding requirements through a single, trusted platform.
