InCred Capital Launches InCred Black To Target India’s UHNI Segment

Bengaluru: InCred Capital has launched InCred Black , a specialised proposition aimed at ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs), entrepreneurs and business families, as the company seeks to strengthen its presence in India’s rapidly expanding wealth management market.

As part of the launch, Alok Agrawal, Harmeet Sahney and Zarksis Gotla have joined as Co-Founders of InCred Black. The trio brings more than 80 years of collective experience across leading financial institutions, including Kotak, Barclays and Credit Suisse.

Agrawal, Sahney and Gotla are credited with building the wealth management business at Avendus over the past 15 years. At InCred Black, they will focus on deepening relationships with UHNI clients, expanding the platform and bringing specialised investment solutions to India’s wealthiest individuals and families.

InCred Black will offer highly personalised wealth management services covering asset allocation, alternative investments, public and private markets, credit and liquidity solutions, as well as global investment opportunities. The new platform will leverage the wider investment, advisory and institutional capabilities of InCred Capital and the InCred Group.

The launch comes as InCred’s wealth franchise crosses ₹1 lakh crore in assets under management (AUM). The company already has a significant UHNI client base and plans to use InCred Black to provide a more specialised offering to this segment.

Bhupinder Singh, Founder and Group CEO of InCred, said the new platform would raise the bar for the company’s wealth management offering by providing differentiated access and the wider capabilities of the group to sophisticated clients.

Nitin Rao, CEO of InCred Wealth, said InCred Black would add greater depth and specialisation to the existing wealth franchise. He added that the talent, ideas and access brought by the new team would also strengthen offerings available to clients across the broader platform.

InCred Black plans to add more senior bankers and specialist professionals as it expands. The company said its objective is to establish InCred as a trusted wealth management partner for leading UHNI families in India.
