Horizon Industrial lists at 3% discount
New Delhi: Shares of Horizon Industrial Parks Ltd made a muted market debut and ended over 3 per cent lower against the issue price of Rs 60.

The stock listed at Rs 59.65, down 0.58 per cent from the issue price of Rs 60 on the BSE. During the day, it hit a high of 60.20 and a low of Rs 56.60. The stock finally ended at Rs 57.95, a discount of 3.41 per cent.
At the NSE, it started trading at Rs 60.25, marginally up by 0.41 per cent from the issue price. The stock ended at Rs 58.16, down 3 per cent. The company’s market valuation stood at Rs 16,706.42 crore.
The initial share sale of Horizon Industrial Parks Ltd was subscribed 1.45 times on the final day of bidding on August 19. The company’s Rs 2,600-crore IPO had a price band of Rs 57-60 per share.
The IPO was entirely a fresh issue of equity shares, with no Offer-for-Sale (OFS) component. Blackstone-backed Horizon Industrial Parks Ltd had raised Rs 1,168 crore from anchor investors.
