New Delhi: The Special Executive Magistrate (SEM) court in Delhi on Wednesday ordered the release of Cockroach Janata Party leaders, Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka. Both of them had been in judicial custody for the past 7 days.

The 2 CJP leaders had been detained by the Delhi Police for allegedly breaking a peace bond, after they tried to sneak into Jantar Mantar, with an Indian flag in hand. They tried to enter the premises, which had been barricaded, even though the Central government had denotified it as a protest site.
