India at Commonwealth Games (CWG) 2026 Highlights, Day 7: Indian boxers have continued their impressive campaign in the ring on Day 7 of the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. The Indian boxing contingent has assured as many as six medals today, with Jaismine Lamboria entering semifinals.

So far, the country has guaranteed nine boxing medals in Glasgow, equalling its all-time single-edition record set at Gold Coast 2018. In Lawn Bowls, India’s Navneet Singh and Dinesh Kumar defeated Christo Steenkamp and Waylon Wentzel of Namibia in Men’s Pairs Sectional Play.
Meanwhile, Tajinderpal Singh Toor and Samardeep Singh Gill have also advanced to Thursday’s Men’s Shot Put Final. In para swimming, Chaitanya Vishwas Kulkarni and Suyash Narayan Jadhav have progressed to the Men’s 50m Freestyle S7 Final, while long jumper Murali Sreeshankar remains a major draw after booking his spot in the final on his very first attempt.
