Cheers Group’s Kadamba brand wins award in US

Goa-distilled Kadamba Indian Single-Malt Whisky World cask, produced by the Cheers Group, won the title of ‘Single-Malt Whiskey of the Year’ at the USA Spirits Ratings. To secure such an accolade, distilleries must demonstrate consistent performance across multiple submissions within a specific category.

This distinction not only celebrates Goa-distilled Kadamba Single-malt whisky producer Cheers group’s expertise but also positions them as key players in the global spirits industry. The 2026 USA Spirits Ratings concluded its judging in San Francisco, with the announcement of winners.

The global competition with record number of worldwide entries evaluated across three specific consumer-driven pillars: liquid quality, economic value, and shelf-appealing packaging. The Goa-based luxury spirits producer is valued at Rs 1,250 crore.

The company is known for crafting award-winning international brands like Kadamba Single Malt whisky, Coco-Jumbo cashew feni coconut liqueur and GinSin London Dry Gin.
