Mumbai: Private credit-focused Certus Capital on Tuesday said it has committed over Rs 1,000 crore in the first six months of 2026, deployed across residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate opportunities.

A little over a fourth of the commitments are in Hyderabad, followed by 19 per cent each in Mumbai and Chennai markets, and 37 per cent in the National Capital Region, as per a statement.
