Amazon launches Creator Connections

Amazon has launched Creator Connections in India, a program linking eligible creators with relevant brand campaigns and performance-based earning opportunities. Rolling out in phases, it will serve Amazon’s community of over 1.65 lakh creators. Nidhi Thakkar, Head-Social Commerce, Amazon, said: “Creators today are looking for monetisation opportunities that are transparent, rewarding and aligned with the value they create for their audiences. Ahead of the festive season, we have introduced Creator Connections designed to make that journey simpler.”

BTA welcomes Gadkari’s appeal

The Bike Taxi Association (BTA) welcomed Union Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari’s appeal to states to allow private two-wheelers to operate as bike taxis nationwide. Amit Gawde, President, Bike Taxi Association, said: “Hon’ble Union Minister Shri Gadkari’s appeal is a validation of what we have been saying for years: bike taxis are not a disruption; they are a livelihood lifeline. The 8-crore figure he has cited is not just a statistic.”

Bandhan Bank expands portfolio

Bandhan Bank has launched its credit card portfolio in collaboration with Mastercard, introducing four variants—Sparks, Ignite, Flare and Lumina. Targeting customer segments from Gen Z to premium travellers, the cards offer rewards across shopping, travel, dining and entertainment, along with lounge access and other lifestyle benefits. The bank said the portfolio features a digital-first application and servicing journey. Bandhan Bank currently serves over 3.2 crore customers through more than 6,400 banking outlets across India.
