ASBL launches residential project in central Hyd

City-based real estate developer ASBL recently announced the launch of its residential project, ASBL Legacy.Spread across approximately 7.97 acres in the RTC X Roads area, ASBL Legacy will feature three towers rising to G+50 floors, ASBL CEO and Founder AjiteshKorupolu said. The project has received RERA registration, and bookings will begin by the end of September, he told reporters. The gated community is scheduled for completion by June 2031.

AjiteshKorupolu, Founder, ASBL, said: “If you look at how Hyderabad has actually grown, its rapid growth phase happened largely westward, simply because that’s where large land parcels were available. And once development comes up in an area, it generates its own demand in real time. Central Hyderabad, on the other hand, has never lacked demand.
