Iran went out of control in the war, launched a fierce attack on Israel

The situation in the Middle East once again became tense on Monday after Iran launched one of the largest ever missile attacks on Israel in response to attacks on Beirut and Lebanon. The attacks are expected to further complicate mediation efforts to end the conflict that began on February 28 in the Middle East. Most of Iran’s top leaders, including Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, were killed in the conflict. According to the Israeli military, missiles fired in at least three of the attacks were intercepted by Israeli forces. Tel Aviv has said Tehran had made a grave mistake and vowed to respond harshly to the attacks, but US President Donald Trump has urged Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu not to retaliate.
