Samsung Galaxy S27 leaks: Display sizes, storage and more
Samsung’s Galaxy S27 series is still months away from its expected launch. Rumours about the next flagship lineup are already starting to grow. Even though the official launch is planned for 2027 recent leaks have given us a peek at screen sizes, RAM options and storage setups, for the new phones.

Samsung is still likely to stick to a three‑phone lineup but people are still talking about a possible fourth Galaxy S27 Pro. Also, the rising cost of memory component costs could push up pricing. Might change the launch offers.
Galaxy S27 display sizes revealed
Images of screen protectors reportedly shared by SammyGuru have provided clues about the display dimensions of the upcoming Galaxy S27 phones. The standard Galaxy S27 is expected to feature a 6.27-inch display, making it the smallest model in the series.
The Galaxy S27 Plus could come with a 6.66-inch screen, while the premium Galaxy S27 Ultra is tipped to feature a much larger 6.89-inch display.
Samsung does not appear to be planning a major design overhaul. The leaked images suggest the phones could retain rounded corners and a centrally positioned punch-hole camera. The Galaxy S27 Ultra, however, may feature slimmer bezels than previous-generation models, giving its display a more expansive appearance.
What about the Galaxy S27 Pro?
Rumours of a fourth model, reportedly called the Galaxy S27 Pro, have been circulating for several weeks. The phone is said to feature a 6.47-inch display, putting it between the standard S27 and S27 Plus in size.
However, the latest leaked screen protectors do not show a Pro model. This could mean Samsung is still working on the device, or the company may ultimately decide not to launch it.
RAM and storage options
Tipster @kro_roe has shared details about the expected memory configurations. The Galaxy S27 and S27 Plus are reportedly likely to come with 8GB or 12GB of RAM and 256GB or 512GB of storage.
If launched, the Galaxy S27 Pro could offer 12GB of RAM. The Galaxy S27 Ultra is expected to sit at the top with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage.
However, rising memory component prices could complicate Samsung’s plans. The company may use different storage technologies across models to control costs. Higher component prices could also push the Galaxy S27 series towards higher launch prices.
Samsung may even scale back its usual launch promotions, including free storage upgrades that have been offered in the past.
One UI 9.5 and launch offers
The Galaxy S27 series is reportedly expected to launch in early 2027 with Samsung’s One UI 9.5 software. Despite possible price increases, Samsung could continue offering incentives to early buyers.
These may include discounts on Galaxy Buds and Galaxy Watches, charger coupons and Google service subscriptions lasting up to a year.
