‘Premane Oorilo’ locks Oct 2 release

Premane Oorilo is all set for a grand theatrical release on October 2. Chandu Srinivas, Suresh Kondeti and Mamatha Devendra M have produced the movie under the banners of Maharatna Productions, SK Pictures and Vanilla Entertainments.

Manoj Kumar has written and directed the rural romantic drama which stars Shri Ram, Ramika Shivu, Thapaswini Poonacha and Rangayana Raghu in the lead roles. It is a love story laced with family emotions set against a rural backdrop.

The movie was released in the Kannada version last week on September 25. As per the makers, the movie has had an encouraging response in Karnataka. Some shows even reportedly saw huge turnout with the team saying that they have been getting house-full responses across various locations.

They are hopeful that the film will replicate the same kind of response in Telugu too. The makers said that they believe that the film’s appeal of a love story with rural elements will see a good turnout in Telugu.

Promotion-wise, the makers said that the film’s songs, teaser and trailer have had a good response in advance to the release in Telugu.

The movie has a stellar technical team on board with Hanuman Chowdary, who has worked on films like KGF and Kantara among others, scripting the dialogues. Rambabu Gosala has written the lyrics while the music has been composed by Sunaad Gowtham. Rajkanth SK has done the cinematography and Harshith Prabhu has edited the film.
