Minor Allegedly Gang-Raped By 3 Men Posing To Be Cops Near Kalkaji Temple
Three men on Monday evening claimed to be police officers, gang-raped a 17-year-old girl at Astha Kunj Park in Kalkaji area of south-east Delhi on Tuesday, police said.

The girl and her 17 year old friend was allegedly approached by the accused and threatened to be arrested before the accused assaulted the girl. One of the accused has been arrested by the police and the police is making efforts to trace the other two.
The girl had accompanied a 17-year-old girl to the temple of Kalkaji at around 7 pm on Monday to pray, police said.
The two teenagers visited the temple and then went to Astha Kunj Park around 7.30 pm. The Park is located near Kalkaji Mandir and .
The three accused men between 25 and 30 years old approached them saying they were policemen.
The three men allegedly threatened to arrest the teenagers, police said. In the incident, one of the accused grabbed the boy and the other two sexually abused the minor girl.
The men then left the park, reportedly telling the teens that they could be arrested.
At about 8.45pm a PCR call was received and a police team arrived there.
The girl was taken for a medical exam and police took a statement from the girl.
Police have filed a case under the provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
A man has been arrested on Tuesday morning after his sister-in-law accused him of sexually assaulting a woman. Police teams have been sent out to track down the missing two suspects, who are now wanted dead or alive.
The area is also being analysed using CCTV for suspects to try to be traced and identified. Police are collecting information on potential witnesses who might have been in or around the park at the time of the incident.
If the investigation shows that there has been any additional action that can be done legally, it will be done, the police said.
Investigators are still trying to piece together what happened and if other people were involved in the incident.
