Zuari Gangothri Tribhuja launched in Hyd

Hyderabad: Gangothri Infra Edge Pvt. Ltd., in partnership with Zuari Infraworld India Limited, has launched Zuari Gangothri Tribhuja, a premium residential project at Kollur in Hyderabad’s western growth corridor.

Spread across 9.16 acres, the development comprises nine G+37 towers with 1,730 three- and four-BHK homes, ranging from about 1,679 sft to 3,126 sft. The project has an estimated sales value of around Rs3,000 crore and allocates 72 per cent of the site to open spaces.

Designed by Australia-based LAVA (Laboratory for Visionary Architecture), Tribhuja incorporates wind and sunlight analysis, cross-ventilation and thermal-comfort principles.

Around 78 per cent of the homes are planned as corner residences. The project is also pre-certified for an IGBC Silver rating.
