Hooda accuses Har govt of avoiding key Oppn issues
Gurgaon: Former Haryana chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda has accused the Nayab Singh Saini government of avoiding answers to key issues raised by the Congress during the Monsoon session of the Assembly.

Hooda said the government prevented discussions on several matters, including an alleged multi-crore bank scam, Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam (HKRN) jobs and the alleged mistreatment of Congress MLAs outside the Assembly on August 27.
He said an adjournment motion on the alleged bank scam was rejected and claimed the government did not want the matter discussed. On HKRN, Hooda demanded regularisation of contractual employees and said future recruitment should be on a regular basis. He claimed several workers had approached him after their services were terminated, including women who allegedly received termination messages on WhatsApp.
Hooda also accused the government of failing to address the demands of sanitation workers who have been on strike for nearly a month seeking regularisation.
Referring to the August 27 incident, Congress has alleged its MLAs were manhandled by security personnel outside the Assembly. Chief Minister Saini, however, accused some Congress legislators of manhandling security personnel.
Hooda demanded that a House committee examine the incident and video footage. He said an FIR could be registered against him if the government believed he had done anything wrong.
