Yash’s Toxic Completely Disappoints Fans

Toxic, till yesterday news portals and YouTube channels were filled with pre-release hype for the movie. But now, the morning reviews completely turned the situation upside down. As per the critics and reviewers, the movie is completely toxic and a hold nothing but high-end action sequences.

Ending Yash’s four-year wait, ‘Toxic’ has hit the big screens this morning and was expected to be his massive comeback movie. As per the sources, the Day one advance bookings recorded a gross of Rs 72.43 crore (including block seats) in India.

Mounted on a reported budget of Rs 500 crore, Toxic recovered more than half of its reported budget through its pre-release business. Although the movie bagged a mixed talk, the first day collections will range between 50 to 80 crores due to the massive advance bookings both in India and overseas.

Despite having a highly reliable source Yash on her side, Geetu couldn’t live up to the expectations. As the story is weak and the screenplay fails to make an impact. As the action sequences rule the movie, they made the audience go vexed up. Some say that first half is better than second half as the climax too ends on a higher note with a massive action sequence.

Although the movie Nayanthara, Huma Qureshi, Tara Sutaria and Sudev Nair in prominent roles, they didn’t have the scope to entertain the fans.

Ravi Basrur’s BGM completely disappointed while Vishal Mishra, and Tanishk Bagchi songs had no impact on the movie. Even one of the top reviewers just gave Toxic 1.5 stars and stated that it is full of sound. So, there nothing much to do with the movie could disappear from theatres within a week.
