Insecticides India net profit drops 24.5%

New Delhi: Insecticides India Ltd (IIL) on Tuesday posted a 24.5 per cent drop in consolidated net profit to Rs 43.87 crore for the first quarter of this fiscal due to lower sales amid rainfall deficit.

The national capital-based company had posted a net profit of Rs 58.10 crore a year ago, it said in a regulatory filing. The total income declined by 11.22 per cent to Rs 616.86 crore for the April-June quarter from Rs 694.83 crore in the year-ago period.

Expenses remained lower at Rs 558.31 crore against Rs 617.58 crore a year earlier.

Siemens net profit declines to Rs 343 cr

New Delhi: Siemens Ltd on Tuesday reported an over 18 per cent decline in its net profit to Rs 343 crore in the June quarter, mainly due to volatility in commodity prices, foreign exchange and an increase in material costs.

The net profit was Rs 422 crore in the year-ago quarter, a company statement said. Its revenue from operations increased to Rs 4,714 crore in the quarter from Rs 4,108 crore a year ago.

Zydus Lifesciences net profit down 36%

New Delhi: Zydus Lifesciences on Tuesday reported a 36 per cent decline in consolidated net profit at Rs 939.8 crore in the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, impacted by higher expenses.

The company had posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 1,466.8 crore in the corresponding period of the last fiscal, Zydus Lifesciences Ltd said in a regulatory filing.

MRF net profit down 1.3% at Rs 495.35 cr

New Delhi: Tyre maker MRF Ltd on Tuesday reported a 1.3 per cent decline in consolidated net profit at Rs 495.35 crore in the first quarter ended June 30, impacted by high raw material costs.

The company had posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 501.82 crore in the corresponding quarter last fiscal, MRF Ltd said in a regulatory filing.
